A son of two great stars, he is a star himself. Sired by National Champion Stallion *Padron and out of our Bask Flame daughter BB Flamingo Rose.
We first had the pleasure of meeting *Padron in Scottsdale many years ago and again at Midwest Training Center in 1998. *Padron won us over with his distinctive crooked blaze down his beautifully dished face, his two opposing white socks, and a sassy straw-colored mane accenting his powerful body and strong legs. His pedigree is a blend of the best British, Egyptian and Russian bloodlines. We made the decision to breed him to BB Flamingo Rose (we call her BB) after spending just a short amount of time with him.
 BB's sire, Bask Flame has an outstanding record as a sire. Just one look and she's got you hooked, she is one of the most beautiful mares we have ever seen. This is an extraordinary mare that ALWAYS produces extraordinary foals. And that is just how I would describe Vegas. He is everything we as breeders are looking for in an Arabian horse. He has a beautiful head, large black eyes, perfect ears, and that is just the beginning. He has an incredible hooky neck with excellent length, set on a perfect shoulder. With his strong back and beautifully shaped neck, he will be very impressive under saddle, he moves with power, grace and animation. Vegas is the perfect example of a Champion halter horse with excellent movement and a future performance horse with beauty. Vegas was placed in training with Greg Gallun of Gallun Farms, LLC. He was shown just once in a very strong yearling colt class at Region III where he was Reserve Champion in 1999.
Such a horse is seldom a secret, Vegas was sold shortly after the Region III show to Mr. Abudl Jarrba from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It was very hard for us to say 'goodbye', to Vegas. We are very pleased to know that his new owners Love him very much. We hope to some day take a trip to Saudi Arabia and visit Mr. Jarrba and Vegas.
